Everything was very good, the wifi was good. Outstanding staff and cosy room. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed and we were offered a hot breakfast.

Very central location so close to train station and Xmas market and the center, it was in a shopping area. Also, a fun museum was at a short distance.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Everything here was beautiful, and the weather was beautiful, liked it. I had non-smoking queen room with a bathtub, a perfect bed and balcony. They provided lots of delicious choices for breakfast that was included;))

Agreeable staff, perfectly comfortable location and AFFORDABLE restaurant. Outstanding breakfast with variety of meals. There was a river and mountains right next to the place. The pool was good with a sauna and umbrellas.

Free Wi Fi was available; the breakfast was satisfactory. We truly enjoyed the way our king room was. The hotel had a very central setting. Within walking distance of Bei Hannelore, where you can have lunch.
